GETTING STARTED

 

SETUP

Any email address will work to create the posterous account.

     Option 1:     

          Send an email to post@posterous.com

          The subject line becomes the title of the post.

          The email body is the text of the post

               The post will go to posterous.com and your site is created

     Option 2:

          http://posterous.com

               Get Started

                    Enter requested information     click Almost there

                         If all is well, you will be taken to the new posterous site

                         If any errors are found you will be asked to correct them

          Your Account

               Set multiple emails to use for sending posts

               To post from your mobile phone, enter info as requested

               Set up notifications

     Main Area

          Settings

               Most important here is the decision relating to moderate posts and comments and privacy
